Terms of Service

VILLAMOVO produces cinematic video walkthroughs of properties from photographs supplied by the client. We do not retouch or alter your original photographs; we gather and animate them into a single flowing video.

Three packages are available: Social Video (vertical format), Website Video (landscape format), and the Complete Package (both formats). Pricing and package details are listed on our pricing page.

To place an order, you pay a 50% deposit via Stripe at checkout. The remaining 50% balance is due when the finished video is delivered. A payment link for the balance is sent to you by email.

Production begins only after the deposit is received. The balance must be paid in full before the video is considered delivered and licensed for use.

Typical delivery time is 3–5 days from the start of production, depending on the package and property size. We will communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for providing photographs you have the right to use. By submitting photographs, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them for this purpose.

You agree to provide accurate listing information and sufficient photographs for us to complete the work. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.

Upon full payment of the balance, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered video for your property listings, websites, and social media channels.

VILLAMOVO retains the right to display the finished video in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

The 50% deposit covers the start of production and is non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not yet started production, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

If the delivered video does not meet the agreed scope and you have exhausted your one revision round, a partial refund of the balance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

VILLAMOVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the delivered video. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the video.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
